Perhaps it was lost in translation, but be aware the owner will be sharing his house with you. There is one toilet (that he will use as well) and one shower room. We couldn’t get the toilet room or the shower room doors to lock. He will share the backyard, kitchen and living space. We stayed with our children, so it was uncomfortable for us to know that someone else was walking around the house at 1am (which he was). Maybe adults would be fine staying here at their own, we were not. In general the house was in good order and the neighborhood was nice and close to public transportation. There looks to be a cat as well.

We stayed here as part of our trip to the Rugby World Cup. This is a great location if you are attending events at the Stadium in Lyon. You can walk to the stadium or take a short Tram ride. Our host Frederic was very friendly and helpful. The property provided parking if you have a car and was very quiet for sleeping. The house was clean. It is currently undergoing some renovations which made the kitchen unusable while we were there. The renovations that have been done look really good. Once complete it will be a perfect spot for a family or small group.
