😊: Location, Host, cleanliness. 😢: If double bed, should provide more blankets. Actually prefer single beds..

😊: The apartment is near the center of Selestat in a walkable area.. 😢: Our stay there was not pleasant. Firstly, we were being charged of 30€ for not washing some dishes that we used. Something like that was never mentioned through messages exchanged, we only learned about this extra charge after our check out with the threat of contacting booking in case the amount wasn’t being paid.Let’s also mention that the dishes were already dirty and in order to use them in the first place we had to wash them already once in advance. Except of that, I would also like to mention that in the facilities that are being mentioned as provided, there are allegedly toilet paper, towels, body soap and free toiletries. In reality there was only one almost finished roll of toilet paper, no body soap and no free toiletries. As far as the towels are being concerned, it is mentioned in the facilities that the towels are being included, although the provider told us that the towels are not included and that we must pay 15€ for 4 towels. We only had a 20€ but we were never been given any change and also we were never been told that there was no ability of change. Overall the apartment wasn’t clean enough, we found hair in the sheets, the dishes weren’t clean enough as I also mentioned before and there weren’t really all of the mentioned facilities. Although the apartment seems to be newly renovated, the floor sinks, the beds too, the pillows were like stones and the photos of the apartment that are being given are not close to reality. The apartment is also not soundproof and you can literally hear everything that happens around. Last but not least, through messages exchanged with the provider we were told that there are available parking spots near the apartment but we were never been informed that these spots weren’t free of charge..
