I agree with the other positive reviews. The location is excellent for walking to the old town sites and shopping areas. We arrived by train and opted to walk to the VRBO. It was a 15 minute walk on an uphill grade and was fine with roller luggage (but we are walkers). The location is on a street that restricts traffic to buses and taxis -- so not a busy street. There is some early morning bus noise as buses arrive and leave from the bus loop up the street, however. If you are a light sleeper or prefer to sleep in, sleeping earplugs will help to manage that aspect of the excellent location.

Perfect location for the old town- you can walk everywhere. Unfussy, clean accommodation with good kitchen facilities and comfy beds. Suggest a bit more info on directions to parking 150m away at the Notre Dame underground car park- entrance tricky to locate. I would use again.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Poitiers. The apartment was in a lovely m- centralized location. There were many amenities available such as washer/dryer, wonderful coffee, and cookware. The apartment was very clean, and had large window for great ventilation. My family felt very comfortable in this location- and it was our favorite of all the locations we stayed throughout Europe. Cet appartement est tout simplement superbe ! Très mignon, juste ce qu'il faut de place, ni plus ni moins (nous étions 5). L'emplacement est idéal, en centre ville mais calme. Et pour couronner le tout : une propriétaire très sympa et arrangeante. Je recommande ce logement, nous y avons passé un super week-end !

Très bonne location, très agréable et lumineuse, bien située dans le centre ville de Poitiers. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, dans un loft confortable, bien décoré, propre et très fonctionnel. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon week end dans ce charmant loft, très bien décoré et parfaitement situé dans le centre historique de Poitiers. Des propriétaires facilement joignables et attentifs au bon déroulement du we. (Merci pour les petites attentions bien pratiques: capsules de café, thé,...)
