Very clean and comfortable apartment. I really enjoyed my stayed. Great location with everything nearby.

😊: Great location near marina.. 😢: The bed was so uncomfortable we struggled to sleep. There is a €500 deposit which seems high so we ended up buying insurance to cover any accidental damage..

The pictures are accurate. The apartment has everything you need. You can walk everywhere - Cours de Saleya (flower market, fruit/veg sellers, etc. before noon / restaurants and activities at night), old town, the port, tram, grocery - honestly, you walk everywhere. The bathroom is really good - which we were not expecting in a small apartment. And, it was easy to keep the place warm on cool days (we visited in November). The wall mounted heaters in the bathroom and bedroom worked well and the space heater we found in the storage space under the platform bed kept the living room comfortable. On warmer days, it was nice to have the window and skylights open for a bit of air. You can see in the pictures that the ceiling slopes. At 163 cm (5' 4"), I was fine. The partner is 173 cm (5' 8") and bumped his head a couple of times on the door to the bathroom and the slope to the kitchen area. But it worked just fine. It was quiet but not infinitely quiet. It's a hollow-core front door and the walls aren't super thick. So, the partner deployed his ear plugs a few times. (There was an event on the large dock on the port side of the building and we could hear the music. Thankfully, the event shut down by about 9:30pm which apparently is normal for public events. So, we slept just fine.) The gentleman we worked with at the property management company was really kind and helpful. We had a major hiccup with our arrival and they were easy to reach and very responsive.
