Eric was really helpful and clear with all communication. Check in and check out all made very easy. Accommodation is very clean and well equipped. Location is great too. Overall we had an exceptionally good stay here.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the port, buses and train station. The apartment is accessible via steps ( no lift). It was very clean and comfortable with all needs for a pleasant stay. Very good communication with the owner. The small patio from the bedroom is very pleasant. Kitchen facilities very good.

Perfect location in Toulon, just 1 block to La Rue des Artes and no more than a 10 - 15 walk to anywhere in the city. Very quiet even though it's in a central location.

Eric was very good with communicating specifics with us, and was able to meet us outside of the property a bit later, since our train arrived in the evening. He explained most of the necessities to us and even provided a map of Toulon. We loved being able to cook small meals in the kitchen, and the location was perfect for Harbor access. The apartment is beautiful, has AC, and a comfortable bed. The only drawbacks for us - having to purchase our own dish washing soap (which we donated to the place), and not knowing how to turn on the lights in the VERY dark hallway. (We used our phone flashlights for the first day, but then figured it out later.) We would absolutlely stay here again!
