2Bed House Sleeps 4 - Parking Views 3min to Town

😊: Excellent location, comfy bed.. 😢: Polyester duvet covers made for an uncomfortable, sticky sleep. One small desk fan in each bedroom not sufficient. Coffee machine but no pods . Only one part used toilet roll provided! Shower temperature control almost impossible to turn so water at near scalding. Only parking was on street on a tiny cobbled road, nothing specific to property and none available on the day - used a nearby public carpark and walked. Cleaning could be better, loads of dust on stairs and under beds..

😊: Great hosts, very helpful, lovely people. Clean and comfortable, great garden and seating.. 😢: Nothing I didn't like.

😊: Th location was beautiful. Two minutes from centre of Confolens but quiet and elevated with fabulous view over the back garden and the sound of the water mill beneath. Stunning.. 😢: The pillows could be improved...but thats all. Everything else was just perfect!.

😊: Steve and Michaela were fabulous hosts, very welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. The gite is set in a great location with stunning scenery, also minutes walk from the centre of Confolens with all its history, beauty and amenities. We were blessed with great weather for March and able to benefit from the large garden with plentiful seating area, the only noise being birdsong and the flowing river. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooker, airfryer, microwave, kettle & toaster to allow us a balance of being able to cook at home (there was also a washing machine, if needed). The gite was clean with fresh linen and towels, and plenty of space, yet having a cosy homely feel.
