The apartment was in a perfect location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Loved the little courtyard. The apartment faces into the locked courtyard so it is very quiet. Easy access to metro and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Traveling with a friend so 2 bathrooms were amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Evan’s very large and comfortable apartment. It is in a great location in the 11th with great restaurants nearby. It is very quiet and well provisioned with everything we needed for a perfect few days in Paris.

loved it - we'll be...<br>#128578; loved the location - the ease from Gard Du Nord to the accommodation and then train and walking access to all of the sites. great choice of local restaurants and cafes.<br>#128577; nothing - it was perfect for me and two teenage daughters. we didn't use the kitchen - but it had everything we would have needed to meal prep.
