Wir haben uns mit unserem Enkel (6J.) sehr wohlgefühlt und Strand und Meer reichlich genossen. Der Weg zum Strand ist recht kurz, die Umgebung sehr reizvoll. Auch im Haus war soweit alles in Ordnung. Ein paar Mängel haben wir den Vermietern separat mitgeteilt. Auf jeden Fall können wir das Haus empfehlen und würden es auch wieder anmieten.

L'annonce est en tout point conforme à la réalité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

La maison est bien adaptée pour les vacances. L'emplacement est très avantageux. A moins de cinq minutes à pied de la plage, ce n'est donc pas un problème que la résidence ne dispose pas de piscine. Il y a aussi des restaurants avec plats à emporter, une boulangerie et plusieurs petits commerces. Également à seulement dix minutes à pied d'Aqualand, vingt minutes de la Grand Roue au port du Cap d'Agde. Vous pouvez prendre un verre au port le soir et revenir confortablement à pied. Arrêt de bus à 50 mètres de la résidence. On peut aussi s'asseoir en terrasse le soir pendant le Mistral car la maison forme un brise-vent au nord-ouest. Des plats suffisants sont disponibles. Le parking appartenant à la maison est bien adapté pour les gros véhicules car il n'y a pas de voiture sur la gauche. Il est situé juste à côté de l'entrée afin que les achats n'aient pas à être portés loin. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. En guise de bienvenue, ils nous ont offert des glaces et du vin. Très sympathique.

Villa en copropriété très bien située, très bonne surface pour une famille (5 personnes pour nous). Propriétaire très à l'écoute et procédure d'arrivée très simple et pratique. Très bon séjour, merci Sandra

Optimal für Familien mit mehreren Kindern aufgrund der 3 Schlafzimmer, schöne einzgezäunte und durch Markise beschattete Terasse, genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien

Gemütliches, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus, in schöner Umgebung. Prima eingerichtet (s. Objektbeschreibung), genügend Stauraum, viele Ventilatoren und Klimagerät. 1 a Gastgeberin, sehr einfache Buchung, stets zuverlässiger Kontakt und unkomplizierte Abwicklung, selbst die Handhabe vor Ort. Es mangelte an nichts, lediglich Steckdosen könnte man nachinstallieren :-) Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

My wife and I have been holidaying in this wonderful Villa for quite a few years staying for four weeks at a time. We are in our mid 60's and drive down from Roscoff. Its location cannot be bettered being just 5 minutes walk from a great beach, excellent and secure parking facilities right outside the Villa in a fenced Domain. Local shops are within easy walking distance and the fantastic Lidl just 7 minutes steady drive away. The Villa is a gentle 20 minute stroll to the main hub of Centre Port with its distinctive shops, restaurants and bars overlooking a most beautiful Marina. Also within the same walking distance is the quieter Mall de Rochelonge 50 yards from the sea and a lovely place to eat and drink and purchase holiday essentials. The Villa itself is, to us, just like being at home. Everything we need for a four week holiday is there and is good working order. Over the years we have been staying at Cappucine regular upgrades by the Owners keep the Villa looking charming. There is ample space in all the rooms, we sleep very well, and the cooking facilities are very good. There are sufficient pots, pans and dining utensils for all occasions. The terrace is our favourite place and if you fancy a change from the beach it is ideal. From breakfast to late evening we often dine outside, sunbath, listen to music and are totally relaxed. Often, just to cool down, we can just pop inside for a cup of tea (French translation :- glass of wine). Reading a book or playing games in this tranquil space makes your worries take a back seat. We will be visiting again this June when we will meet up with friends we have made in recent holidays. You will not find a better Home from Home anywhere in this locality. For the adventurous and active you can take your pick from the vast array of opportunities that are available. One word regarding the owners. You will be hard pressed to find such a genuine and caring couple who sincerely care about your holiday, understand how important it is to your family. Should anything go wrong the matter will be professionally addressed in an expedient manner. We shall write a further review following our June holiday when my only worries will be our" girth" and that great things always have to come to an end. As an aside last June the sun shone all day everyday and the thermometer was always above 38 (and up to 42) but don't worry the electric awning at the Villa provides excellent shade. Bon Vacance.
