Close to all amenities. The house is very clean and tidy. The outdoor covered area is super useful on hot and rainy days. We rented bikes and were able to tour the entire island from this central location.

This is the finest property we have rented in France , over the past 20 years. Recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, and furnished with up to date IKEA furniture. The Beds are spacious and comfortable, in all the bedrooms, with 2 en suite. The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area is beautifully equipped. Our French is very limited, But David and Laurent were fantastic. The teens loved the 'Chromecast' facility, allowing them to stream content. The outdoor bar area was wonderful when we enjoyed Barbecues & played Darts. La Guerinier is a peaceful village, but enjoys a great market and antiques fair, with two large supermarkets 5 mins by car. The beach is literally 5 mins walk and has miles of sandy beach around a wide shallow bay with warm sea to enjoy. Noirmoutier Island is best explored on bicycle, and enjoys excellent cycle ways to all the destinations. This property was the ideal rest we needed during this very unusual COVID year. many thanks David and Laurent.
