😊: It would be easier to collect the keys at the same location as the apartment since they have a reception team there. They could cooperate as a team.. 😢: The staff should be able to communicate in English as they target their services not only to the French guests. It could have made the experience easier with less hiccups. The shower towels could be included as a basics even if you add that item to the room rate the guests wouldn't mind paying more for more transparency. Overall the experience was great. My kids loved it. We'll definitely be back..
