Vacances entre copines. On a bien profité du barbecue (bois offert). Le propriétaire est très accueillant, le gîte vraiment très agréable. On peut rayonner sur de très nombreuses visites et randonnées, c'est juste parfait! Un excellent rapport qualité/prix en plus! Nous rentrons ravies!

Gîte très pratique et spacieux Gîte très bien situé car proche de Clermont Ferrand et des principales attractions touristiques de la région des Puys d’Auvergne.Région idéale pour partir faire de la randonnée à pied et à vélo, ceci à quelques encablures du gîte.

Nous avons passé 6 jours agréables. Le gîte est confortable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin pour que notre fille cherche ses chocolats de Pâques. L'emplacement est idéal pour une découverte des volcans et de Clermont Ferrand. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Mr Cabal et plus globalement ce séjour pour déconnecter.

Maison très agréable, confortable et chaleureuse, très bien équipée. On s’y sent bien tout de suite! Et la vue dégagée est superbe. Elle est également très bien placée pour découvrir la région avec de très belles randonnées et de nombreuses visites aux alentours. Nous recommandons!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons une semaine dans cette maison à Solagnat et comme la première fois, nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli très gentiment. Le logement est très agréable, très propre et proche de Clermont-Ferrand. L'endroit est particulièrement calme et reposant. Nous étions trois, mais on peut facilement loger à cinq et inviter des amis pour déjeuner grâce à la grande table du séjour, 8 à 10 personnes sans problème. L'ouverture entre la cuisine et le salon/salle à manger, qui n'existait pas l'année passée, donne encore plus d'espace et de lumière. C'est parfait. Nous reviendrons...

We booked this property prior to Covid in 2019 and we finally managed to arrive in September 2022. We were met by the owner, who speaks no English, but we managed to get by with the tour of the property. The property is in a lovely quiet village and is well laid out, and with everything you would need for your stay. The WiFi strength was excellent. We only used the one double room and that was very comfortable. The property has another double room and a single, so plenty of space. There is one bathroom and a separate WC which may be a problem for some but was no worries for us. There is a good outside space to the front which get the afternoon sun. Only gripe on my part is description says bedding provided, however a few days before our arrival we were told via email that sheets were €10 a pair (think this meant a sheet and quilt cover ) and towels were €5 each. We were also given the opportunity to have the property cleaned at the end of our stay for a further €70, surely this could have been clearly marked in the property description. I must admit we opted to pay €70 but the property was so easy to keep clean, and only took us minutes, that we wasted that money. Overall though, a great break, and we found out we were the 1st Brits to use the property.

The house is ideally located in a calm town in the mountains. In only 15 min your in Clemont Ferrand City Center with the car. M. Cabal is a very nice host and helped with recommendations for activity. The house itself is spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and clean
