On a été très bien accueilli par notre haute la maison est très bien malgré Quelques manquement comme des mousquetaires des petites chose pour encore améliorer le séjour merci a Kim et ça femme qui fait tout pour rendre mon séjour et mon anniversaire de 50 ans très agréable

The communication with host was really good from booking to departure. We were advised to book a car which we did and the villa is quiet remote so good guidance. The villa is very peaceful with lovely views. On arrival towels and basics like tea, coffee, dishwashing tablets and washing tablets had been left. We found a Tupperware pot in the cupboard which had something very mouldy in it and stank. The downstairs toilet had been broken prior to our arrival and we had to turn the water on/off to flush it. This could not be fixed until our last night due to a part not arriving. The decking area around the pool was old and coming part so we had to pick parts up to avoid screws being stood on. We reported this at the time and the manager was apologetic and explained this would be changed in September when owners returned. The pool was a good size and we made lots of use of this. The ice machine was a really positive piece of equipment. The freezer definitely needed defrosting. The boiler stopped working on the morning of our 6th day and although a plumber arrived that night it could not be fixed and so we had 36 hours without hot water. As we were on holiday with another family we would have preferred to have locks on bathroom / toilet doors. This villa could be amazing with a bit of TLC.

Kim was taking care of my team and from the reservation up to the check out, Kim was very professional and cautious with our requests. My teams who are used to travelling and staying in different places really appreciated the house, quality and optimization of the rooms, and the kindness and reactivity ok Kim. Thanks a lot.
