😊: Great place to stay near Nice. Balcony and the BBQ were great 😎. 😢: We had problem with the coffee machine and the electric sunshade. i wrote to the host in English, I suppose a company that manages multiple properties, and first they reply to me only in French, second they didn’t do anything to resolve the issue other than promising to replace the coffee machine. Which didn’t happen during the week of our stay 🤨.

😊: Apartment was very clean with great amenities and great views from a wraparound balcony overlooking Cagnes-Sur-Mer town and the Mediterranean ocean.. 😢: Only down side during our stay in August 2025 was a non-functional oven in the kitchen and a gas BBQ that had run out of gas which I'm sure would have been rectified by now.
