We stayed 4 adults and 5 children in this amazing chalet. Perfectly suited for a family holidays, and ideally located right next to the shuttle for the slopes. Absolutely loved it

Joli chalet, bien équippé, bien entretenu et spacieux. Les proprietaires sont tres rapidement disponibles pour toute question et tres sympathiques. Le chalet est a 1km du centre de Chatel et des remontees mecaniques. Il y a un arret de bus juste devant le chalet et des bus qui passent toutes les 15-30min. Le descriptif est fidele au chalet. Nous avons passé un tres chouette sejour.

Perfect for two families very keen on skiing. Ski bus stops 50 yards away which is very handy. Restaurants 10 mins walk.

We stayed at this chalet during February 2022 half term and had a fantastic time. My family and two other families stayed here, which was very comfortable for 10 of us and also had a great space for the teenagers to relax. The chalet is in a great location with the ski bus stop right outside the property and a 10-15 minutes into the centre. Thanks also to Isabel for speedy communications to our queries before our holiday started! Would definitely recommend to others, Thanks!!

We all absolutely loved our stay here, the chalet was spotlesssly clean and well equipped - perfect for our group of 10. The ski bus stops almost directly opposite the chalet, so is really convenient for transport to and from the slopes. Communication with the owner was great too - thank you for a lovely stay!

The house is very comfortable. Particularly appreciated the games and books as well equipped kitchen. Direct access to slopes via public transport was great - bus stop just by chalet.

On arrival at the property we were extremely impressed. It is on a noisy main road which we weren't aware off, but it didn't ruin our stay. Inside the property is very spacious and homely and suited our needs. However, some of the property was not particularly clean and we had to make up all beds and much of the bedding was not in great condition and the beds weren't very comfortable. As it is someone's home we were very mindful about taking care of it, and cleaned it throughout before leaving. On arriving home, the owners have refused to refund our sizeable deposit stating we didn't strip the beds or empty the bins! We did not know stripping beds (nor making them) was required, and had to leave at 4am with 4 children. It is very sad to be treated like this and would say that anyone wishing to stay there should do so as it is a great location but be prepared to battle over getting your deposit refunded.
