Other than being really really hot in the summer, this house was lovely. The cleanest of all the houses we stayed in during our European tour. If you stay here, you MUST visit Puy du Fou, an absolutely AMAZING medieval amusement park. The owner was nice, the house is a very small upper apartment, but serviceable. You have to be quiet because the owner is just on the other side of the thin walls. The neighbors had huge parties every saturday night that lasted all through the day sunday. Nothing you can do about it, just feel the beat of the music all night long. Perfect village 1 KM away, had a great grocery store and boulangerie.

The apartment was clean and well furnished. The hosts were very hospitable. The house was close to grocery stores which sold almost anything needed. Wi-fi was advertised but many days it could not be accessed, and when accessed, the internet was down. Internet was expected to research places to visit and to maintain contact with family in the states. Lack of access to and use of the internet was disappointing.
