A 10min des plages, grande maison au bord du ruisseau. Idéale pour les familles

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The house is situated in the centre of a small village. By car you can reach the beautiful, clean beaches of Normandy in about 10 minutes. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The house is clean; the price/performance ratio was right for us. Unfortunately, you can easily hear noise through the light room ceilings.

grande maison sur la place d'un petit village situé à distance idéale pour visiter le Cotentin. une petite épicerie juste en face qui dépanne bien. le gite est très propre, Nous n'avons manqué de rien. la propriétaire habite à côté mais est très discrète. vous pouvez louer ce gite sans problème.

Bel accueil des propriétaires nous avons même eu droit à un gâteau juste sorti du four, grande maison 5 chambres avec tout le confort, alentour agréable, nous recommandons

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, rien à redire, petite cour pour manger dehors, jolies chambres avec 3 salles de bain, très pratique, propriétaires à proximité très arrangeant à, à savoir juste que le téléphone ne passe pas bien , internet ok , a recommander

Le gîte est spacieux, bien aménagé et bien placé. (Alentours bord de mer très chouettes) Proprietaires agréables et à l'écoute. Épicerie dans le bourg, ouverte 7/7. Tout s'est bien passé

Lovely quaint house in the small village of Besneville. The property owner lived next door and was very hospitable and accommodating. She greeted us upon arrival and left us a homemade cake which was delicious. There is a small store and bar across the street with all basics perfect for our first breakfast and last night Dinner. DONT FORGET TO ORDER THE CROISSANT'S ! Simply the best any of us had ever had. The town and its residents are warm, friendly and helpful. A gentlemen on our arrival bought us a round of beers thanking us for our military service and our grandfathers giving France its liberation. We would all return again!

Despite a very delayed and late arrival the owner of the house gave us a very warm welcome and a tasty homemade cake. The house was simply beautiful, it was like being home from home. The house contained everything needed for our stay. The village is small and quiet, it has a small grocery right opposite the house which is great for basic needs. The village is a 10 minutes car drive away from some of the most stunning beaches, supermarkets and activity centres. We spent half a day river kayaking (very reasonably priced) and visited some beautiful castles and monts. We are a family of 10 with the youngest child being 10 and can honestly say the area and house had something for all of us. Our only complaint would be the squeaky floors which had a lack of insulation, but once you get over it it adds to the character of the house. Would definitely recommend. The house was easy to find and set in a small village with grocers just opposite. The house was clean and beautifully decorated and very spacious. The owner met and welcomed us and had made a cake :) The house was well stocked with everything imaginable. It was within easy reach of attractions too. Highly recommend this property
