A 15km du Mont-Saint Michel

😊: Parking, location & town of Saint James. 😢: Beds weren’t made up which seemed odd, there were 2 bath towels for 3 people. WiFi was weak. The parking wasn’t as secure as we expected as the electric gate was broken..

😊: Bright, modern and well laid out. Comfortable and generally well furnished, with everything new and up-to-date. Nice kitchen with decent cooking facilities and well equipped for cooking. Pleasant outside area with fun barbecue. Properly is easily accessible from the motorway, as well as being a modest walk away from the local town, which has a decent selection of shops including a nearby supermarket. Convenient for visiting lots of local attractions across Normandy and Brittany.. 😢: Bedrooms were very sparse and didn’t have bedside tables or any in-room clothes storage - they also echo a lot. Use of security blinds as curtains means that rooms get very warm on hot days and don’t cool down easily at night, plus the pillows are very thin. A car is required to get to the property since there is no usable public transport anywhere nearby. Stairs are narrow and quite steep; young children and anyone with mobility issues may find them difficult to use..
