😊: Firstly, we could not have asked for more in host, Cinzia, was there to welcome us when we arrived. A lovely lady who showed us around, and pointed us to the carpark, which is right outside. The carpark is a public carpark in the village, but there was always a space available, except one evening. This was easily solved by parking up the road and looking out for when a space became available, this was due to customers parking for a few minutes to go grab their pizzas from a pizzeria opposite. This apartment was fantastic value for money. We were using it as a base for visiting La Rochelle and surrounding area for which it was perfect. 10 mins by car. We had wonderful weather which was even better! The facilities were adequate for our needs, which were cooking basic meals etc. It had a microwave, hob and an oven and adequate utensils. The bed was a pullout bed which we knew beforehand, but we were very pleasantly surprised at how big it was! The equivalent of a Kingsize bed, and very comfortable. The room was lovely and quiet perfect for a good night's rest. The description and layout of the room is exactly as described.. 😢: We a couple of small problems with shower, but we contacted the host who arranged to come over and sort it, which was great..
