this is a "bring your own" kind of place: towels, sheets, toilet paper, spices, etc. once you know that, it is perfect. enough pots/pans, plates, etc to cook reasonably. there's a lovely private courtyard, and it is literally steps from a sugar-sand beach and a spa. 15 minute walk into the town centre. and special mention to Benoît, who was super accommodating and kind. i would certainly return!

The property was great for what we wanted; however the property was not easy to find as there seemed to be a property of the same address and according to my GPS our property was in a different street. Water was a bit of a problem as hot water ran out quickly and neither bowls held their water (leaky plugs)

Bonoir met our taxi and was welcoming and helpful. The house was spacious, clean and pleasant. Luckily we remembered to bring our own sheets and pillowcases(!). It is in a very quiet neighbourhood with no shops, cafes or restaurants nearby save for a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Visitors please note that this supermarket is shut for two hours every lunchtime and only open from 9 till 12 on Sundays. Maybe I didn't read the small print but at the end of a tiring journey at 11 o'clock at night I was presented with a long contract written in French for me to sign followed by having to write a cheque for £400 as a guarantee and then receiving the information that we had to clean the place from top to bottom before our departure! This we managed to do very early in the morning a week later.thus getting the cheque waived. On showing us around Benoir found the the curtain was broken in what was to be my daughters room. With a slightly embarrassed smile he stuffed it into the cupboard leaving the room curtainless for the duration of our visit! Hi ho! Anyway, overall the holiday was a success and we particularly recommend visits to the tropical gardens and the Ile de Batz. We marvelled at the white sand on many of the beaches on this region. Apart from alcohol, prices in France seemed a bit steep especially in the tourist area on the seafront at Roscoff. Would we go there again? Yes, of course we would!

A really great place to stay. Lovely property and very well equipped. Good location and great access to local beaches and centre of town. Would highly recommend.

Clean and tidy, good value for money. Well equipped kitchen. A problem with the heating as we were unable to work out how to use it but that was soon sorted by Benoit. Would definitely stay again
