A 5km du lac d'Annecy, grande villa avec piscine, terrasses et jardin clôturé

We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families.

What an amazing Villa and Host. Myself and four other adult Bikers shared this 5 bedroomed Villa. Wonderful facilities including the swimming pool. All equipment you’ll need to be comfortable. Host Joel was always available if needed. All mod cons including dish washer, washing machine, 2 showers, 1 bath. 2 toilets. BBQ, outside loungers and ratten furniture around the pool. Outside eating area for large groups or families. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The villa is in a quiet residential area with beautiful views. Will be hoping to return one day. We were very happy.

Première dans les Alpes… magnifique!! Bon accueil, Joël est un hôte très agréable et arrangeant. Sa maison est parfaite, bien agencée et bien équipée. La piscine est un vrai réconfort après de belles et longues randonnées (manque peut être 2 ou 3 degrés pour les plus frileux mais un vrai plaisir quand même). La vue est très agréable et la localisation permet un accès facilité à toutes les activités. Merci!! nous espérons revenir très vite dans cette belle région.

Lovely villa, nice quiet area and ideal for our family holiday (4 adults 2 children). Good base for travelling by car to Annecy and surrounding areas. The swimming pool is excellent and there are ample sun loungers, outside chairs and dining table and chairs. The villa is well equipped for up to 10 guests so was more than acceptable for our party of 6. A negative is that there is only one walk in shower which is in the en suite downstairs bedroom plus a mixer tap/shower in the bath in the upstairs bathroom. Not too much of a problem for our stay but if 10 people stayed, could be an issue. The property is large up and down stairs so plenty of room to put another walk in shower. Also a couple of the appliances needed repairing (microwave door catch and fridge ice box) though there was a new fridge freezer in the utility). Pool wasn't fenced off from garden as described but not really an issue. Overall an excellent property which we all enjoyed and would happily return to.

Super accueil du propriétaire, disponible si besoin, très propre à l'arrivée. Très belle maison avec piscine, avec un arrêt de bus a proximité pour aller sur Annecy, vraiment un super séjour. Merci Joël .

Maison très spacieuse, propre et bien agencée. Nous étions 8 et avions chacun nos espaces, nous nous marchions pas dessus. Cuisine bien équipée avec deux frigos, ce qui n'était pas de refus ! Petit bémol : la piscine n'était pas chauffée, donc nous avons pas vraiment pu en profiter… Je recommande vivement cette villa et je reviendrais avec grand plaisir !! Merci encore à Joël pour son accueil et sa gentillesse
