Grande maison idéale pour une famille de 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Située dans un lotissement pentu sans vis à vis près du centre du village. Avec une belle vue sur les étangs. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactif pour répondre à notre demande. Les literies sont fatiguées et il manque des couverts pour une famille nombreuse. Les enfants ont apprécié le flipper ! Excellent séjour

Location durant les vacances de Noël. Les équipements ont été appréciés : barbecue, terrain de pétanque, table de ping pong, flipper et babyfoot. Très belle vue sur l'étang et environnement propice aux balades.

villa spacieuse ; nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants ; suffisamment de place ; cuisine équipée comme il se doit ; sanitaire et chambres également de bonne superficie .... accueil du propriétaire très gentil et à notre écoute... location à conseiller - si besoin nous y retourneront..

Séjour très agréable dans une très belle maison, bien agencée et dans laquelle il y a tout pour passer un très bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de très bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

We spent three weeks in the villa "La pointe du Lac" and highly recommend to stay there for the following reasons: Location (Vendres): Vendres is a village in the “second row”, five kilometres away from the beaches of Valras-Plage and Vendres-Plage. Less touristy you can find there everything you need such as two bakery shops, a newspaper store and a pharmacy. The pond “étang de Vendres” is lovely – don’t miss to go down to the shore. Vendres is a perfect place to explore the region of Languedoc-Roussillon as many sights are only a short ride away (five kilometres to autoroute A9). Accommodation: La pointe du Lac offers a splendid view over the étang de Vendres and the landscape. The sunset can be enjoyed while sitting on the porch. The site and the house offer a lot of space and amenities such as a lovely pool and an own boule area having an additional sitting area. There is a parking lot suitable for several cars in front of the site. The interior includes a modern and very well-equipped kitchen (e.g., huge fridge, dish washer, washing machine, 2 coffee makers, good variety of kitchen utensils) and 5 sleeping rooms with 12 beds in total. The living room has a comfortable couch, modern TV, DVD player and two further highlights which make this accommodation probably “unique”: a pinball machine and a foosball 😊. Contact to owners: We got a lot of information by e-mail some days before our vacation started. The handover of keys etc. at the beginning and at the end of our stay were lovely, welcoming, and easy. During our stay we had the house to ourselves, so we felt an absolute privacy. Cécile and Philippe, the owners, would have been available via mobile phone (call / WhatsApp) in case of any problem.
