A 800M de la mer gite rénovée

We had a lovely stay in this chalet cottage.... Beach is a short stroll away but if using the car there are generally plenty of places to park......Easy access to places of interest such as Mont St Michel and the Normandy landing beaches...... We really enjoyed our time here.

We had a couple of nights here with our 2 dogs. Everything was spotlessly clean with good attention to detail. It was extremely difficult to find but friendly local florist helped out. We enjoyed the beach and the local park and there are plenty of places to eat. We will come again for longer.

We spent a few lovely days here in the summer of 2019. Danielle is very friendly, welcoming and relaxed. She greeted us with some nice cold drinks after our 5 hrs drive from Royan. The location is perfect for the beach which is only a short walk away. There is also a large park nearby where you can play boules or take out a pedalo. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of attractions nearby. The gite is fully equipped and is beautifully decorated. It has a good size garden were you can sit and relax. Very good value for money.

We had a wonderful week's holiday in this lovely cottage. The cottage was decorated and furnished to a very high standard, was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped and comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. The cottage is in a quiet location but very convenient for the town and supermarkets. Just a short walk/cycle ride to the beach, restaurants and small shops. We particularly enjoyed cycling to the boulangerie every morning to buy fresh bread and croissants. There's also a lovely park close to the house where we spent some time and tried our hands at petanque. It's a good base for exploring the local area by bicycle and also for trips further afield. The garage was ideal for storing our bikes and our beach things (although there are bikes available at the cottage). The owner, Danielle, is a lovely lady. Very welcoming and friendly. She showed us how everything worked in the cottage and was very knowledgeable about the local area. We are only sorry that our French is so poor that we weren't able to understand more! We would love to return one day. Many thanks for a wonderful week.
