What a fabulous property especially for either multi generational family or 2 family groups. We all had our own rooms/suites with ensuite bathrooms, huge comfy king size beds and elegant furnishings.Very large seating/ dining area with tv with Netflix, kitchen, laundry room and outside shaded table and seating overlooking the pond.Really large and deep saltwater heated pool and orangery with table tennis and fusball.Children’s ages ranged from 10 to 17 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mme de Ghoulain was always quick to correspond and spoke excellent English.Highly recommended

House is absolutely lovely. Lots of character and very comfortable. Was perfect for our family (6 adults and 4 children, ranging 3-10years old). you have loads of space and it feels very peaceful and quiet. The pool and orangery (games room) were great for the kids. Was a shame we couldn’t use it before 10 am as some of the party enjoy their early morning swims when on holiday, but understand the host needs time to clean it etc. The pool is big for the size of house / amount of people we had and heated. It also felt fairly safe for our three year old being slightly separate from the house and gated/fenced off. Great bakery in the village only a 10min bike ride away, and larger town with shops inc supermarkets only 10 mins away by car. We did find the notes/rules on everything a bit much though, and would encourage the host to take that down a notch! It made the house feel a little less homely! But overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Spent a lovely week at this property in late July/early August. Hosts were very accommodating. All double bedrooms are very large and have large bathroom/shower suits. Great pool area, games room/orangerie, and plenty of outdoor space for frisbee, boules, ball games and deer watching! Lots to see in the area. Would recommend Le Mans Sunday market, old town and light show at dusk each evening throughout the summer. La Fleche zoo also very good!

Je recommande cette adresse. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire de notre reservation à notre départ. Le manoir est décoré avec goût et nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre sejour.

Superbe gite avec une propriété autour où il est très agréable de se promener autour des lacs. Espace jeux dans l'orangerie superbe (baby foot et table de ping pong. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, notamment pour y profiter de la piscine. Accueil très chaleureux.

A fantastic secluded property with plenty of space. 15 min drive to Le Mans. The pool is fantastic and the grounds lovely. Savina was very helpful. We had 37 degrees each day so the lack of A/C made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, but manageable if curtains kept closed during the day. Plenty to do in the region but a visit to Flèche Zoo is a must. Overall a magical retreat for peace and quiet with the family.

Nous étions en famille 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. La maison est parfaite, l'environnement est magnifique, les chambres sont tops avec leurs salle de bain individuels! La salle de séjour, salon est immense et parfaite pour passer des bons moments tous ensembles et les chambres permettent de s'isoler. La cheminée est extraordinaire. Bref nous avons passes un excellent séjour, merci a vous.

Grande maison, très spacieuse et bien équipée, chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain. Très jolie vue sur l'étang, le château, beau jardin. Grande piscine privée , chauffée. Il y a de quoi occuper les enfants :trampoline, baby foot, beaucoup de livres, jeux de société etc. La cuisine nécessite certes un rafraîchissement, mais très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
