A coté d'AIX, grande villa avec piscine et vue panoramique surplombant la vallée

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Haus. Im Hauptbaus ist ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Bad. Vor der Küche ist eine riesiger Terrasse mit traumhaften Blich und der Pool. Etwas tiefer gelegen befinden Sie zwei Wohnungen. Eine ist modernisiert, hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Die zweite Wohnung ist etwas älter, hat ein Schlafzimmer, einen kleinen Raum mit Einzelbett, ein Wohnzimmer und eine kleine Kochnische. Das Haus hat W-LAN, einen Griffon und einen Gasgrill. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen!

Die Lage ist sehr gut um Ausflüge in die Region zu machen ( Arles, Les-Baux-de-Provence, Aix-en-Provence, Camargue,...) Im Ort findet man alles was man braucht (Intermarché, Boulangerie, Pharmacie,...) Von der Terrasse hat man jeden Abend sensationelle Sonnenuntergänge. Die obere Wohnung hat ein Doppelbett, die unteren Wohnungen sind separat zugänglich mit separaten Eingängen, für Familien mit Teenagern ideal. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird wöchentlich zusätzlich durch ein Team gereinigt. Aussengrill ist auch vorhanden sowie genügend Sitzecken. Das Areal ist umzäunt uns sicher für Hunde. Wir haben erholsame Ferien verbracht. Nette Ankunft mit einer Flasche Roséwein wurde nehr geschätzt! Vielen Dank!

We stayed for 10 days at this beautiful Villa and loved every minute of it. You have total privacy and the views are wonderful. Our little Yorkshire Terrier, Dotty, loved walking and exploring the wooded gardens which are totally secure with good fencing and a electric gate. Everything you need to have a good holiday is provided for, towels, board games, a very large fridge/freezer that also dispenses ice and cold water, great swimming pool, (very cold but really refreshing on hot days), BBQ, outside dining area and a lovely patio area where we spent many nights drinking wine and looking at the clear night sky (Mars, Venus and Jupiter were in clear view every night). The nearest super market is about a 5 mins drive and you will definitely need a car if you decide to venture out.We visited Cannes, Sainte Maxime and St Tropez, all fabulous in there own right and about 90 minutes drive from the Villa. There are quite a few golf courses near by and our favourite was the Pont Royal (30 mins drive). We visited Aix en Provence on market day (Saturday) and absolutely loved it, very clean, found the locals very friendly and a great place to have a coffee and watch the world go by. We were looked after by Veronique during our stay and found her to be very helpful. This was our first visit to Provence but we will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this home for a week with 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 small dog in July 2017 and we are all still dreaming about the amazing view and the sunsets over the valley from the terrace(s). If possible, this house is even better in real life than in the photos due to the located perched atop a large hill so that one has a view over the whole valley and due west for the sunset. We spent almost all of our time on the outdoor terraces and in the pool. The house is beautifully authentic and the kitchen has been remodeled since the photos were taken in the listing. Also the pool has moved and is much more modern. We loved the separate apartments so that we all had some privacy and we had fun cooking in the kitchen every evening - we had everything that we needed and more! I would definitely stay again! Outstanding! What a lovely house with a great views and beautiful terraces. The house is beautifully situated 3.5 km from Ventabren, 17 km to Aix and 25 km to Salon. From the house we visited many beautiful parts of Provence. The house had everything we needed and the two bedroom apartment on the ground level is brand new with a great bathroom. Also great new kitchen! Thanks to Mdm Dubois and the Montalvans for a great stay and vacation. C Treille

Idéal pour une famille où parents et enfants peuvent s'isoler tout en se retrouvant autour de la piscine ou dans le grand séjour. Intérieur comme extérieur sont très spacieux. Bel agencement de l'ensemble. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Les chambres et salles de bain du bas mériteraient peut-être une rénovation (y compris la litterie) pour rejoindre le standing de l'ensemble. Bilan global très positif.

La villa se trouve dans une immense propriété, les voisins se trouvent à distance donc calme et intimité assurés au rez: cuisine, salon , sdb et une chambre ; de larges baies vitrées donnent sur une immense terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la vallée, sur une terrasse couverte et sur la piscine Au sous-sol deux (voir bientôt 3) studios indépendants avec coin cuisine et sdb A l'extérieur tout le mobilier (chaises longues et salon) nécessaire Points d'attention: la piscine est rapidement très profonde et la structure de la villa avec ces studios convient mieux à des adultes ou familles avec ados qu'à des jeunes enfants . Tous les commerces nécessaires se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture La personne s'occupant des formalités d’arrivée et de départ est très accueillante et très professionnelle A conseiller sans aucun problème
