😊: We were in North France to follow the WW1 Battlefields trail & chose to base ourselves in Arras. We feel we struck gold in staying at A deux pas d'Arras.. Located only 2km from the heart of Arras, this is an absolutely stunning & beautifully furnished 2BRM apartment on the 4th floor (top floor & don't worry, there is a lift available). Very secure with key fob access to the carpark & the building. Spotlessly clean too. We were met on-site by our hosts, who showed us the building access process & then walked us through all the features of the apartment. Very nice touch! We travelled as a couple but there is plenty of room & facilities for 2 couples - it even offers 2 carparks. The apartment has 2 big bedrooms with comfy beds, plus a large walk-in robe with heaps of storage. Also a smaller games room. The open plan living/kitchen/dining has everything you need if you want to prepare meals - and more! 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry with washing machine & dryer. A front balcony offers views of the canal and walking track & a rear balcony has views looking out to a huge park. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance & it was a nice easy walk in to central Arras along the canal. We would highly recommend this property & the hosts.. 😢: Nothing, it was all perfect..
