A deux pas de l'Oust

😊: Good kitchen, enough space for a family (although I was alone), dish washer, washing machine. There's a river close by with a very nice walk/bike path (well the name of the river is OUST, so that's where the name comes from). 😢: I came probably in the hottest period of the history... the apartment has no air conditioner (and I am sure it is not needed for 99,9% of the year). A ventilator did the job allowing me to sleep..

😊: The property is in a great location with a private parking space and beautiful garden. The house has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. Monterletot is a lovely village with a local bar/restaurant just two minutes walk and the canal just a few minutes more. Ideal for cycling and there are bikes provided by the property owner. Will definitely be back if in the area.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Modern interior to a renovated Gite. Close to the centre of the hamlet of Montertelot. An easy walk to the Nantes-Brest canal, ideal for walking and cycling. Gite had modern facilities, off road parking and a raised garden to the side. My French is limited and our host Rachel had limited English but we were welcomed warmly and were able communicate via the Booking messaging and translation service on the app..
