😊: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The recent renovation is really well done, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The place is bright throughout the day, which makes it incredibly pleasant to spend time in. It’s also extremely well-equipped ! Everything you might need is already there, and even the sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: close to everything, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind after a long day. The host was fantastic by the way, incredibly friendly, always available, and truly attentive. It made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Great stay !!!. 😢: Nothing..

😊: Location. 😢: I had a disappointing stay at this apartment. The old windows let in a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep, despite the accommodation description claiming "soundproofing," which is simply not true. The apartment has not been refurbished in a long time, and even when it was, it was done cheaply. It could really use new bedding and towels. On the day I stayed, both the shower and sink were blocked! I informed the host, but nothing was done to fix it. Additionally, the listing states "bath or shower," but there is no bath—only a shower, which feels misleading. The bed was quite uncomfortable - it creaked loudly and was raised in the middle, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, and the host does not mention this in the description. If you have a luggage, you’ll need help carrying it up three flights of stairs. I stayed for business, and on my last day, I asked if I could leave my luggage for a couple of hours after checkout to pick up after my meetings. The host refused outright, saying it was "impossible." Instead, they insisted I vacate the apartment by 11 AM and even asked me to take out my trash. Overall, the host was not friendly or accommodating. No late checkout, no luggage storage, and zero flexibility. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it..
