😊: Several snackbars and a boulangery nearby for a quick meal or breakfast. Close to the train station, easy to get to from Paris centre. Google maps doesn't work with this exact address, but it is at the back of the station, just look up the street name. Spacious, although you can bump your head and not stand everywhere; it is an attic space with beams across. Good value compared to hotels in Paris.. 😢: No host present at door, had to call internationally, fill out a form with terms I didn't agree to before paying, with scan of passport etc whilst waiting at the door. Only had 2% battery on my phone left before this procedure but host would not provide me the code before finishing all procedures. Mattress is very old. Could not find wifi code anywhere; not included in the email or on a welcome note anywhere. Not very hospitable. No ironing board. No closet, suitcase stand or hangers, so my shirts were crinkly. Just an old used almost finished soap bar in shower. 3rd floor without elevator. Train noise very early in the morning; did not sleap well. No available charging sockets near the couch or beds; had to charge in the kitchen. All emails and responses to questions are in French, even if you email in English. It also wasn't clear which room was mine, had to guess: an actual room number wasn't wentioned in the email or booking, and there were two rooms on the 3rd..

😊: The apartment is located close to the RER station. Large spacious living room. Kitchen utensils are provided.. 😢: It was not ready at the appointed check-in time. Communication with the landlord was not very clear. I had to find the Wi-Fi password myself. It needs renovation. There is no oven and kitchen utensils are very limited. The bedroom smells of smoke. In the living room, the previous tenants used a candle as an ashtray. Overall, there is a problem with the quality of cleaning..

It is spacious, has all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, a nice shower, and a bathroom.. 😢: A few hours before arrival, the landlord wrote that all the beds in the apartment had been broken by the previous tenants. We were given the choice of a refund or alternative accommodation. I chose alternative accommodation because I was already almost there. Very poor communication with the landlords.
