😊: Apartment was more spacious than I was expecting accomodating 6 of us easily. Location was excellent and close to lake and Evian town centre. Apartment was spotless and everything needed for weeks stay. Hosts Laura and Nico were wonderful and friendly. Secure off-road parking was a bonus especially on Friday concert nights at the nearby fountains.. 😢: No negatives, as we had a great holiday there..

😊: Location, facilities excellent.. 😢: It was exceptionally hot, but if a property says it has aircon, it should be efficient..

We could not have been happier with our stay. The apartment was spotless, just as the photos show and just across the street from Lac Léman. The owner and care team for the apartment were all very helpful and lovely people, always available to answer questions or give suggestions. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

A beautiful apt. located in a quiet part of town. Appears to be recently remodeled and quite modern. An extra large walk in shower and washer and dryer in the apt. Three balconies with views of Lac Leman from all balconies. And perhaps most importantly, there is secure reserved parking. That's pretty rare in Europe. The apt is also a 20 min drive to Bernex. A small town in the Alps. The local rep for the owners was very responsive and welcoming. An extremely comfy apt. We will definitely stay here again the next time that were in Lac Leman.

😊: It was a perfect stay - comfortable, clean and modern apartment with all the facilities provided. Modern bathroom with a specious shower. Beautiful view from the balcony - we enjoyed the sunset. We are seasoned travellers to Europe as my husband has travelled extensively for work over the past 20 years. Never have we stayed in a place more well designed and equipped. Everything you want and more is at your fingertips. The apartment is clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than anticipated.We travelled to Evian from Canada with our 2 adult children and they too are very impressed with the accommodations and the area. The view is amazing with patio areas on all sides!Thank you John and Tracey for allowing us to stay in your luxurious home away from home. Bravo!Darlene and Derek
