I rated Soul of Gold as a four for two specific reasons. It is important to note that for our group neither of these were "deal breakers" for us but I think it is important to note them. 1. The on-line description of the property indicates that the apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms include on-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. One bedroom indicates on suite bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and sink. In reality the bedroom with the tub does not include a toilet. The persons using that room must go outside their bedroom to the guest toilet. This worked fine for our group but for another it might be an issue. I would simply update the on-line information to include this. The second issue we had was an inability to operate the dishwasher. We tried multiple times but just could not ever get the appliance to work. A book that includes directions for the apartment appliances would be really helpful. We were fearful that we would break something as we attempted to get it to work. The simple "fix" for us was to simply wash dishes by hand!! And finally, we had a leak in the hallway bathroom. We cleaned everything up and just did not use that sink again. We did report the leak but to our knowlege no one every came to check on it. I hope this does not in any way "frighten" somone away from staying at Soul of Gold as it is a lovely place in a TERRIFIC location. We enjoy our stay VERY MUCH.

Beautiful apartment. Amazing location.

Service was wonderful! The apartment was centrally located for all our planned activities. The rooms were well appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. We would definitely look forward to staying there agin!

overall a great apartment. water pressure, wi-fi and door locks could be significantly better
