A stunning 1800 Castle near Carcassonne, Mirepoix. Large pool with diving board.

Lovely and relaxing stay, really well equipped for large groups to get away. Nothing fussy so an ideal choice for a large group with children - plenty of bits to explore and space to run around. Christian was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions, including introduction to chef Alain. Rafting near Foix recommended and a trip to Mirepoix market and the Carcassonne light show.

Our stay was really pleasant and the facilities good. Spacious rooms and a big kitchen with all necessary equipment. The swimming pool is also very good and the outdoor facilities. The check-in was relaxed with the owner at the property and easy to get extra information if needed.

17 of us just spent a wonderful week at Christian’s place. It’s in a spectacular setting with loads of space, comfortable beds and great facilities. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce lieu magique. Un grand merci à Christian pour son chaleureux accueil. Le chateau est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. à noter que la piscine est particulièrement bien sécurisée. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir à l'occasion et nous recommandons cet endroit.

This is a great place ran by a gentleman who cares. It is not the most modern, but more so than the photos suggest and it works! We were a group of 19 and it worked really well. The pool is much bigger than it looks on the photos and deep enough to dive, the grounds are magnificent. The chateau is large a d each room commensurately so. Most of all the host is thoroughly decent, honest, quick to communicate and react. Massively recommend

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette très belle propriété. Au calme, dans un environnement champêtre, nous avons pu profiter de la grande piscine, des tables extérieures, barbecues. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la taille du manoir permet de ne pas être les uns sur les autres (nous etions 15). La
