We loved the location. The apartment is quite small but practical for our purposes.

Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, está cerca del metro y tiene todas las comodidades alrededor. Es un estudio, planta baja, cama confortable. Se echa en falta más ventilación y una TV. Por su ubicación y sus instalaciones, es un piso ideal para una estancia corte de 2-4 días.

This apartment was in the center of many great restaurants, directly next to a grocery store, and just steps away from the metro and the bus. The size of the apartment was extremely small but it was perfect for us because we were basically only there to sleep and shower. Management was very detailed about the check in and check out procedure which made it super easy.. We did inform them of our checkout time (which was before the max checkout time) and housekeeping showed up one hour before that and sat outside our apartment talking on the phone while looking at us through the window. A bit weird. The place was pretty clean with the exception of spider webs in the corners of the room and hanging above the bed. It’s probably also time to replace the curtains as they are stained. The bed was extremely comfortable which was nice after coming back from walking all day long. We found it to be very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

I was very happy with the location of this property. I was in Paris for a long weekend and enjoyed the ability to easily walk or metro to where I needed to go. The bed was comfortable and the coffee maker, bathroom etc were as described. The weekend was very busy and the apartment was not quite ready on time, but it wasn't a major issue. All in all it is a nice stay for a single person or couple.
