Admire Panoramic Ocean Views Thru Walls of Windows

Wir waren zu fünft für 4 Tage in dem Appartement und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch bei Schlechtwetterphasen gerne Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Nähe zu Lokalen und Geschäften, zum Hafen und zur Altstadt war toll. Der Platz in der Garage war ein ausschlaggebendes Kriterium für unsere Wahl - ist abenteuerlich mit dem Lastenaufzug zu fahren. Es ist ziemlich eng, aber auch mit unserem Skoda Octavia Combi schaffbar. Das tollste an der Wohnung ist aber der Ausblick und der Platz in der Loggia - der war wirklich unbezahlbar! Das Team war immer erreichbar - waren traumhaft schöne Tage für uns!

Наш отдых в Каннах был ярким и незабываемым! Во многом благодаря квартире, в которой мы жили! Из окна - вид на море, порт, Дворец фестивалей, историческую часть Le Suquet... Восхитительно! Всё расположено близко: и море с песчаными пляжами, и магазины, и вокзал... В квартире есть всё самое необходимое. В ней приятно находиться в свободное от развлечений время))) Хозяин жилья Фабьен всегда был на связи, мгновенно реагировал на сообщения))) Мы уже очень скучаем по этому особому городу и чудесной квартирке))) С удовольствием вернемся!

l'appartement correspond aux photos mais celles ci sont bien prises pour montrer l'appartement sous son meilleur jour. l'emplacement près de la gare est pratique, les enfants ont apprécié la grande télé, l'hôte est réactif. cependant nous n'avons pas été ravi : pas de chauffage en février, nous avons dû demandé qu'un chauffage mobile soit apporté, ménage moyen : salle de bain pas très propre, poussière sur toutes les ampoules. A savoir: il y a un escalier AVANT d'accéder à l'ascenseur de l'immeuble globalement l'appartement a été rénové il y a déjà longtemps. les photos ne montrent pas non plus que le 'salon' est une terrasse fermée très bruyante et bcp trop lumineuse où il ne fait pas bon être. la table haute est instable et trop haute par rapport aux chaises, on n'y prend pas non plus volontiers ses repas. indépendamment de l'hôte, nous avons aussi eu dans l'appartement les odeurs de cannabis du voisin à plusieurs reprises (quotidiennement).

Fabien war sehr hilfsbereit, einfache Kommunikation und sehr schnelles antworten! Die Unterkauft ist sehr sehr gut gelegen, alles in der Nähe ob Strand, Einkaufsstraßen, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Park alles da was man braucht. Die Terrasse hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer Cannes bis zum Meer, besonders Abends ist das ein Traum. Wohnung war auch sehr sauber, modern und einfach eingerichtet es fehlt einen an nichts. Man muss bedanken das eine Hauptstraße direkt vor der Wohnung verläuft aber das kriegt man nur am Balkon/Terrasse mit hat uns aber nicht gestört, sobald man das große Balkon Fenster bzw die Front schließt hört man nichts mehr. Im Allgemeinen absolut empfehlenswert die Wohnung sowie auch Fabien! Wir würden definitiv nochmal in dieser Wohnung und an diesem schönen Ort Gast sein.

The view is stunning. The location of the apartment is excellent. Near the embankment, cafes and shops. Excellent instructions for check-in. The owner quickly responds to messages. There is parking. The apartment was not very clean. We were on holiday with my wife and a 3-year-old child. We arrived at 10 p.m. The owner was warned. He said that the crib was ready. But when we entered, we did not find it. We immediately contacted the owner, but it turned out that it was hidden in a closet in a box. There was no bed linen, a baby pillow or a blanket. There was only one dishwasher capsule. We stayed for 7 days.

Spędziliśmy z rodziną trzy wspaniałe dni. Wszystko było zgodnie z opisem i recenzjami innych gości. Na tarasie można przebywać godzinami i podziwiać cudowny widok na morze,zatokę z jachtami i budynki. Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne i czyste. Fabien odpowiadał na wszystkie zapytania. Gorąco polecam to miejsce.

Sometimes pictures and descriptions don't match with the reality but this time they did match : ) It was a pleasure to enter the apartment because everything was clean and tidy. All has been done with good taste - it's nice to be in the apartment. All central and interesting places nearby and although next to lively street the traffic doesn't disturb due to fifth floor. We also got a very good service from the owner, fixed for example fast channels for watching all World Cup matches : ) We would recommend this apartment to singles, couples and families with older children.
