AGENCE JF IMMO-T2 climatise 4 pers avec terrasse vue campagne piscine et parking V0773

😊: Location, the pool and the large terrace. 😢: Unable to contact property to ask if sheets/towels included! No reply on repeated messages sent. On booking.com no info on key pick up location (completely different location!) or any info on 400€ deposit the property wanted, nor 35€ charge for towels and sheets. No info on cleaning fee of 75€ at all. Cleaned ourselves as agreed but strangely the cleaner arrived with property manager (cleaner was booked already beforehand without even checking if the room was clean!). There was nothing to clean and still insisted to get the 75€ of us. I took photos and advised management not to take it from deposit!! It got sorted in the end, after complaining in writing and we did not need to pay the inflated cleaning fee - but that left a very bad taste after fabulous 5 nights!.
