We enjoyed a large family reunion in this beautiful part of the world. Our farmhouse was perfect with an attached barn conversion for the adults who wanted a little respite from the boisterous children at times! There is a gorgeous swimming pool and amazing jacuzzi that came into its element when the weather was not so good. There are many little terraces with table and chairs for a quiet read or evening drinks and plenty of space for the littlees to play. However the pool was by far the main attraction for them! We thoroughly enjoyed having all the bikes and there are numerous walks to enjoy the stunning countryside. The shops are 10-15 minutes drive away and there is a choice of local tennis courts. I thought the proximity to the golf course would be a negative but actually it was a positive, not only for the golf enthusiasts, but it also offered beautiful views and the little lakes of an evening walk were full of delightful little otter like mammals. Although a few bedrooms were fairly small they all had lovely en suites which were a godsend when we all wanted a showers at the same time! The only addition we would have appreciated was a hard copy manual of all the house rules/ information and local amenities etc. It was great having it all on line prior to arrival but a hard copy to peruse options for outings and rubbish info etc would have been useful. All in all we highly recommend Le Grange Sud for a relaxed holiday stay in the beautiful Dordogne. I must mention most importantly Tracey our host went above and beyond, she was so kind and helpful on all matters even buying various sporting products on Amazon on my behalf in readiness for your holiday. Also the housekeeper is brilliant and very sweet and babysat at short notice so that we could all go out and enjoy the local French cuisine one evening. Thank you Tracey and the team for a fabulous holiday!

We requested a booking in April 2022 for 3 nights at very short notice, Tracey was great from start to finish making everything run so smoothly. The property has everything you could need for both adults and Children. Situated just south west of Bergerac, surrounded by vineyards, the area is very idyllic We would definetly stay again!

This beautiful property has been renovated to a very high standard. It was luxurious and comfortable with lots of space. There are different terraces and lots of wonderful outdoor furniture to enable everyone to be comfortable wherever they choose to be, with the group or in your own hidden corner of the gardens. The swimming pool is fabulous. Beds were comfortable with quality bed linen and lovely en suite bathrooms. Kitchens were extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend.

Our extended family had a really great holiday in this luxury villa with lots of equipment and facilities for all ages. We had two infants also and Tracey made sure we had all the baby equipment we needed so that we could fly.

We visited La Grange with our whole family with an age range from 6 months to 80 years and all had a great holiday. The villa has facilities for all ages to keep everyone happy and we all enjoyed the family friendly local vineyards and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked for next year!

We love holidaying in the Dordogne,and always stay here. It is more than. "Home away" , a perfect spot for all ages, and you can take dogs with you as well, and an enclosed area is provided for them.. The facilities are too numerous to mention, but Tracey's excellent, comprehensive website will give you all the information you need. . Terraces and heated pool and area wonderful..If you can tear yourself away from all that this fantastic property has to offer, in the summer season the night markets in Eymet and Sigoules are great, and also the Sunday morning one in Soumensac. Vineyards, wine tasting, golf etc, all on your doorstep. A superb holiday base.

As other members of our family have stated in previous reviews,we visit this area regularly,as we love it, and we have family living locally.We always stay here.We take family and friends with us..It provides everything for everyone of all ages,and from a male perspective, the proximity of the golf course at Vigiers ,combined with the 30% discount Tracey has negotiated for guests is great. And, when not playing, the terraces provide excellent views over the course to watch. Heated pool area is great.
