Agréable maison style shabby chic

😢: I do not usually leave reviews but the stay at this place was the worst I have ever experienced. This place is not shabby chic. It is just shabby, dirty and smelt of urine. We arrived in the evening to find the place filthy with beds that had been slept in and dirty sheets, used bathroom products in the shower, dirty sinks, stagnant water in the coffee machine, dirty and dusty plates and chewing gum on the bedside table. We could not cook or have showers due to the filth . Photos corroborate all of this. Told the owner the next day that we wanted to discuss the state of the property and show him. No response. Emailed and two days later received a response to say that the cleaners had not done their job. Owner was indifferent and unapologetic. This was not just a small amount of dirt which had been missed by cleaners - the place and amount of dirt looked like it was being lived in. Don’t ruin your holiday by staying at this place. It should not have been advertised as available in the condition. It was an awful experience staying here..
