Agréable villa climatisée avec piscine privée et chauffée; belles prestations

Villa set in good position for nearby attractions and facilities. Fabulous pool, we paid extra for it to be heated. Fairly well equipped but you need to take towels. Comfortable inside, also has air conditioning. Gets the sun all day. Private parking behind gates. Restaurant within easy walking distance. Looks like it does in the photos but better!

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, beautiful villa with great private pool and well maintained gardens. Host Annie was attentive and lovely. Lots to see and do in this area. We can't wait to go back.

La maison est très bien placée, proche de tout mais sans les nuisances: TOP! La propriétaire est extrêmement agréable et accueillante. La maison est très confortable, calme et bénéficie de tout le confort 5 étoiles ! Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour !

We were very happy with this villa. The owner Annie Couston is really nice and very helpful. Whilst her English is better than my French she prefers to communicate beforehand by text / email however when we arrived she had a good English / French translation app. to hand. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is a nice restaurant close to the villa which has a good menu and very helpful staff. Supermarkets are in nearby Vaison La Romain. Just a couple of minor points - the pool is deeper than it looks and as it hasn't got an access ladder isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Towels aren't provided and there is a 50 euro cleaning charge at the end of your stay. Whilst the weather could have been kinder we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed a week at the house and really enjoyed it. The house provides excellent accommodation for two persons (and a dog). Both indoor and outdoor areas are very nice and well kept, and we felt absolutely private and undisturbed around the pool area. We only wondered about the size of the bed – are French people really that small and/or intimate :-)? The surrounding villages offer very nice shopping facilities and in addition the house is in walking distance of a nice bakery where you can collect your bread and enjoy a morning coffee. You will find many recommendable restaurants nearby or in the village of Vaison-La-Romaine and the area is abundant with top wine producers ( Seguret, Gigondas , Sablet , Vacqueryas and more ) As opposed to other places we have visited in France, people were very friendly and service minded and prices are reasonable. All in all a highly recommendable place to stay for a mature couple who wants to experience the best of Provence.
