Air-conditioned architect-designed villa, Valbonne village on foot, large swimming pool

Christine, the host, is extremely friendly and welcoming and she will do everything to ensure you have a perfect stay. Valbonne center is just a small walk away and it has lots of restaurants. We would all love to come back

It’s a really lovely house that has been beautifully decorated in every single room and it has everything you could want in the kitchen. It’s clear that the owner doesn’t compromise when it comes to quality which gives a great pleasure for the guests. The bedrooms are spacious and airy, with comfortable beds at just the right firmness. There are plenty of toilets and spacious and beautiful bathrooms. The outdoor area is absolutely fantastic and well-decorated, and the pool area is amazing. The pool is perfect for swimming as well as diving. Christine met us at check in and explained all about the property to us. The house is as you can see in the posted pictures, some parts are updated (bathrooms) and other parts are more dated (Kitchen). Large house, mature garden and a huge pool. There was a lot of garden furniture which was great for finding a shady or a sunny spot to lounge around. The pool is very deep and stays nice and fresh. There was weekly pool and garden maintenance and a weekly linnen service. You can opt for a cleaner which we did and a lovely lady came to clean the house for a few hours. There is no A/C in the house is except for the master bedroom. We didn’t need it as the temps would drop in the evening to a lovely cool 65F. From the house you could walk to the town of Valbonne in about 10 minutes, which we did often on Friday to go to the market or just in the evening to have dinner. I think the location is the rentals best feature. Centrally located to explore all the area has to offer and the beaches. We had a great time.
