Air conditioned villa, 5 min from beaches, peaceful neighborhood, private yard

We enjoyed our stay at Joël's house absolutely. The place provides all the amenities and equipment you could imagine from little things like table games to in hot days most appreciated things like an ice-maker in the American fridge. Also, Joël is a very attentive host who made a great effort to prepare for our stay which is reflected in a really elaborate manual with all the practical tips and a great deal of advice on what to visit in the area.

Lovely villa with shaded garden and amenities. Comfortable, everything you need, a home-from-home. Short drive to beaches at Giens. Interesting old Town. Really pleasant, friendly owners with great communication. We recommend, for families or couples.

We are a family with two teenagers just back from a lovely week at Joels house in Hyères. The house is in a nice quiet residential area about 20mins walk from the town centre and it's restaurants. Supermarkets are about 5mins drive away. There are lot's of fun things for kids in the house including table tennis, basketball hoop, swings outside plus lot's of board games inside. It was VERY hot when we were in Hyères but the house was nice and cool due to the air conditioning and best of all there was filtered drinking water meaning we didn't need to buy any bottled water. The area is great for beaches and snorkling around the giens penisula about 10mins drive south. We also enjoyed hiring bikes on the beautiful island of porquerolles nearby. Further afield we went to seaside towns of Cassis to the west and St Tropez to the east. There is loads to do in the area. Joel was a fantastic host. He stayed up very late to welcome us after a delayed flight and gave us lot's of tips about places to visit. He also speaks perfect English too! Holiday here - you won't regret it.

We stay for two weeks at the holiday home and everything was perfect. The furnishing and equipment of the house was great. Especially for children, the toys at the garden and a big toy collection at the house. Also the extensive kitchen equipment. The location is ideal for day trips to Marseille, Avignon, Nice, Monaco and so on. There are also a lot diffent beaches in the near of the house.
