Air-conditioned villa with private pool and garden, 5 km from the sea

We had a wonderful stay here in the summer! The host was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The property was beautiful and very clean both inside and outside. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the lovely yard, and swimming in the pool with our infant. It was also very convenient to be able to do laundry and cook food for ourselves. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and the rooms and backyard had a gorgeous view of a large forest. The host directed us to excellent restaurants nearby. In the daytime, we took our rental car to Nice for the markets and the beach, to Eze, and other day trips, and it was easy to commute to and from the property for this. I would highly recommend this property and this host. We were well taken care of and felt very relaxed, happy, and safe staying here with our baby. Thanks again for a visit that we will always remember!

Very typical French home in excellent location . Good base for exploring nearby French towns. Supermarket and boulangerie is approx 5-10 min drive from property. Frederic was very accommodating and welcoming when we arrived . Thank you

Frederic nous a accueilli avec un sourire et une bienveillance à l’image du lieu : convivial, agréable et ouvert sur une nature superbe. Rien à dire, tout était là pour une semaine reposante et dépaysante Les terrasses-jardin offraient des points de vue superbes et tout l’équipement de la maison répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. La maison de Frédéric est super! Elle a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super séjour en famille. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos deux enfants. Deux terrasses permettent de passer de supers repas en profitant de la vue dont on ne se lasse pas. C’est calme et en même temps près de tout… une belle piscine privée nous permet de nous rafraîchir en toute sécurité, elle est peu profonde pour les enfants mais permet aux adultes de nager quand même. La pièce principale est climatisée ainsi que toutes les chambres ce qui nous permet de profiter du beau temps mais de pouvoir passer de belles nuits confortables. Nous recommandons à tous cette belle maison pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis. Merci à Frédéric pour la flexibilité dans l’heure d’arrivée suite aux bouchons.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Frédéric est sympathique, accueillant chaleureux et très facile à joindre. La maison est nickel sur tous les plans, la piscine est bien, peu profonde pour ceux qui ont des enfants. Le quartier est calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. A recommander ++++

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances à 5, avec un couple d'amis. L'endroit est calme avec très peu de vis à vis, proche de Nice et de la montagne. L'équipement est complet et en parfait état de propreté. Frédéric donne de très bons conseils et il est toujours dispo pour régler le moindre problème rapidement avec gentillesse et toujours le sourire (merci à lui :-)). Nous recommandons sans reserve cette location pour des vacances reposantes dans une région magnifique, autant côté Côte d'Azur que côté arrière pays montagneux.

We were a family of 5 staying 10 days in the Villa. Communication with Frédéric was good before and throughout the whole visit. The "checkin" was OK and we received the key to the villa without any problem. During our stay Frédéric visited us in the villa a few times and gave us an introduction to the area and suggested a very nice resturante and also a walk up the mountain nearby (Saint-Jeannet). The walk up the mountain is highly recommented. The villa has two very nice terasses where it is possible to sit - this without being disturbed by neighbors or others. The pool is also located very good. Highly recommended villa.

Great villa with beautiful view over the hills! All three bedrooms were comfortable, each of them having an own air conditioning – very much needed in July! In addition there was air conditioning downstairs at the living room. The villa as a whole was well equipped and the owner very helpful and easy to reach. Our youngsters especially appreciated the wi-fi and the whole family enjoyed swimming in the clean and refreshing pool. Nice and beautiful nearby villages are only few minutes away by car. We can fully recommend!
