Great property, lovely pool and views, fruit from the garden and all the crockery, dried herbs etc that you could need. Good location for both mountain and beach activities.

The whole family loved every part of this holiday home. The pool was a perfect size and deep enough for diving (and not over chlorinated) the garden was private and obviously tended to with a lot of love, there was plenty of shade and places to relax. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some more and the beds were comfortable. Danielle and Louis were welcoming, flexible and quick to help us out when we needed extra information. We could not have asked for more!

We stayed two weeks and had a wonderful time. Louis, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming though speaks virtually no English, so it might be useful to have any questions you may have, written down in French for when you arrive. The villa is very clean and has everything you need. However, we stayed during a heatwave and the air-con is limited to the bedrooms only, which made sitting together as a group to watch a movie a little hot. The true value of this property lays in its gardens, which are truly lovely. The pool is brilliant, and has a beautiful garden around it with great seating arrangements with shade from trees and umbrellas. The outdoor dining area is covered and has its own grill, deep fat fryer for your frites, and a barbecue, along with a loung seating area so you can watch the cook work! The hot tub is large and comfortable but we found it a little temperamental, which could have been due to our very limited French when Louis explained how to work it. There are also vegetables galore in the garden that, while it's a bit of a nuisance watering them, is a really lovely bonus for evening meals (courgettes, the best green peppers ever, aubergines, chillis, tomatoes and cucumbers and many herbs). What else? Be warned, there is a cat, who is very friendly and doesn't enter the house but does need feeding and watering. Overall this is a really great villa and somewhere I would happily recommend and would love to return to myself one day. You will love it!
