Air conditioning Paris central stylish apartment

😊: Exceptional location for relaxed sightseeing vacation in Paris, right in the middle of numerous quality restaurants, bistrots, patisseries, even fresh fruit shop open every day is right around the corner. Yet the apartment is quiet due to soundproof windows. Key metro and train lines are just 5min on foot away. Spacious apartment incl. comfortable bed, AC, fridge, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, small elevator. Free late check-out offered without asking. Free bottles of Rosé wine, beer and water in the fridge was a nice gesture.. 😢: Air conditioning not suited for uninterrupted operation (in the bedroom: rattling noises after few hours, later froze up and stopped working), requires some maintenance before summer. Remote batteries needed to be switched. Cheap couch, plus worn down after 3+ years. Please invest in a durable piece of furniture. Cheap on number of toilet paper rolls and shampoo (for 2 people, 9 night stay), should not be an issue at this price point..

😊: The apartment is clean, comfortable and modern with a touch of the old. Presentation on arrival was flawless and thoughtful. It is very well equiped and has a personal feel to it. Stefano’s communication was timely and clear. Entry was smooth and the modern lift very welcome. The location is in a major restaurant district and has a huge choice to bars and eateries. The busy street scene noise generally does not make its way to the third floor. Several train stations are near by. We had a very hot week and the air conditioners were very effective at making the apartment pleasant. We would consider booking this property again.. 😢: Nothing significant..

😊: The apartment is excellent. It has very nice high end furnishings and it’s very comfortable. It was the kind of accommodation we were looking for in Paris. Conveniently located to walk to the river, The Louvre, most sites. We loved our stay and the host responded very quickly to any issues.. 😢: No complaints.

😊: A perfect Parisian stay! I absolutely loved my time at this charming apartment. The location was unbeatable, steps away from everything, yet peaceful and full of character. The apartment had the most incredible energy. Cozy, and filled with the kind of vibe that makes you never want to leave. The owners were beyond accommodating and made everything so easy from start to finish. Truly a gem, can’t wait to return!.
