😊: The care and communication. I came with a late flight, being quite tired and having to catch an early train the next morning. I had nothing to worry about, being offered (extra service) to be picked up at the airport and brought back (in a electric car, no pollution, by the smaller roads, no traffic jam) to the train station after a good night of sleep.. 😢: Nothing..
