Good sized apartment with lake...<br>#128578; Excellent location, easy access to the reserved underground parking space. apartment was spacious and comfortable. Met the needs of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely big terrace. Boulangerie downstairs is a real bonus- fabulous bakery. Beach is an easy 5-10 min walk and centre of Aix is about 20 mins walk. Welcome pack from hosts was a nice touch. Good communication with Caroline and Eric prior to arrival made handover of keys very easy.<br>#128577; Overlooks a busy road so was noisy when sitting out on balcony. However, the view of the lake and mountains was worth it.

Voor ons top 👌🏊🚴🏻<br>#128578; De locatie, vlakbij het meer . Stadscentrum vlakbij ( 10-15 minuten lopen) . Met de trein naar het prachtige Annecy is goed te doen en wie van sportief fietsen en wandelen houdt zit hier perfect 👌<br>#128577; Als je actief bent en erop uit wil gaan is dit appartement perfect. Als je rustig op je balkon wil zitten om spelletjes te doen of een boek te lezen dan zou ik dit appartement niet aanraden: het appartement is groot en mooi maar het is behoorlijk gehorig door het verkeer.

Great place, with great hosts<br>#128578; The location is perfect, right in front of the lake. The large balcony with enough room to have everybody sitting at a table or on the sofas. The boulangerie/patisserie and an excellent fromagerie / epicesserie right on the block, with amazing bread, croissants, local cheese and other cold meats. Caroline and Eric gave as home made plum jam, and they left local coffee and crozet. Made for an extra cosy and warm feeling. The appartement had everything and we were able to cook dinner and ...

Logement très bien placé avec tout à proximité .Lac à 2 pas, cinéma, bowling … de quoi occuper les enfants . Propreté irréprochable , literie top . Il y a tout le nécessaire indispensable pour bien profiter et ne pas avoir à charger la voiture ( matériel bébé sur demande , appareil raclette !) , produits de première nécessité .
