😊: Nothing.. 😢: AVOID IT!!! Non-professional host if not a scammer. Can’t estimate the apartment itself as we were refused to stay there despite the confirmed and fully prepaid booking. The reservation was made for the same day, there were no instructions on how to pick up the keys, just said, that we needed to contact the owner. We did so-wrote several messages via Booking.com chat, called him several times and left a voicemail, but there was no reply. He finally called us back after a few hours to say, that the flat was occupied, we couldn’t stay and he didn’t know how that could happen. Not even an excuse! I asked him to contact Booking.com support to cancel the booking so that we could get back our payment. I cancelled this reservation with a no-penalty demand which he had to confirm, but he didn’t!!! I wrote him once again asking to confirm that, but he didn’t reply. It’s already 2 weeks, that we can’t get our money back!!! And we have to waist our time for this which is ridiculous!.
