Alice cottage - charmant gîte breton avec piscine partagée et jardin privé

Quiet and rural location but great for getting out and about, comfortable and well equipped cottage with own garden, well equipped games room and pool both of which are very clean. The host are lovely, quick to answer questions before arrival, very welcoming upon arrival (also around during stay for any queries), lovely welcome gift of a cooled bottle of wine, home made brioche and jam (very thoughtful). We took the kind offer of a evening meal (for an additional but very reasonable price) and we are so pleased we did it was delicious and would highly recommend. Thank you Carolynn and Richard for a lovely stay.

Spacious and very comfortable 3-bedroom cottage with lots of outdoor space in a quiet hamlet in a scenic part of inland S Brittany. There are 2 other gites, plus the friendly owners (Richard Carolynn) cottage on the rural smallholding. On site there is a small swimming pool and a well-equipped games room. The local town is about 4 miles away, a large lake with watersports beach is 30 minutes drive and the coast around Lorient about an hours drive away. Richard was a chef before moving to France and we accepted the owners' kind offer of cooking a meal for the evening of our arrival - which was excellent and only 12 Euros per person.

Spend 2 weeks here in august 2021 with 4 kids. Absolute great place to stay lots to do. Heated pool and big game room to play lots of games. Clean house well equiped with friendly hosts. Lakes for swimming are nearby 15-30 minute drive. Great stay lots of fun recommended!
