😊: It had everything we required and was in a good location. It was presentable, comfortable and clean and well fitted.. 😢: The many locks on the door made us worry about security. The welcome pack was very poor and unwelcoming. Why bother? The plug on the hairdryer was such that it didn’t work properly. Local information and details on how to use the tv and hob would have been helpful. The let in on our arrival was shocking and unacceptable causing us considerable unnecessary stress. This requires attention..

😊: What a lovely apartment. Excellent communications throughout, friendly hosts, great value for money, top quality facilities and a very convenient location. I would 100% use again when next in Lyon!.

Very good location nice looking...<br>#128578; Location .. the flat is clean The cupboards in the room are big .. . The duvets sheets towels are bright and nice . The kitchen is fully equipped The toilet is separated from the bathroom . Small boxes with bathroom needs shampoo cotton pads etc .. even ice cubes in the freezer.<br>#128577; I couldn't reach the host when I had problems with the paddlelock . There wasn't wipers for the kitchen surfaces no reusable washable ones only single use ones. For the sofa in the living room I didn't find a duvet cover only sheets ..
