😊: Great location. 😢: POOR VALUE FOR MONEY CONTEXT - We paid €7236 for 11 days, i.e. €666 per day - Ceteris paribus, this apartment would make a revenue of >€240,000 pa. Assuming 4 months of high season, this apartment makes a revenue of >80,000 pa EXPECTATION VS REALITY - For that price point, one would expect high quality equipment but everything is mediocre, IKEA type of quality, including uncomfortable beds and a worn-out sofa POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - One of the bedrooms has a built in shower and wardrobe - During our stay, the curtain of the wardrobe fell down (which we immediately reported) in the course of normal usage - Like everything in the apartment, also the building substance is low quality. - The longevity of cheap quality and building substance is clearly limited but as the incident happened during our stay, we were charged another €150 for the repair. - Was that scenario somewhere in the smallprint (there was lots of smallprint!)? Probably. But I don't find it an honourable business attitude to charge clients for the deterioration of low quality interior and building substance - particularly in the context set out initially. Overall, I would not recommend booking a KEYWEEK apartment..
