😊: Great apartment. Clean, well equipped, good size and comfortable.. 😢: After arrival all was good. However, on exiting the electronic door lock failed so we could not re-enter the property, leaving us in the corridor for 40 minutes. After many WhatsApp communications with the agent a key was finally produced, so we did not have to use the non-functioning electronic door lock. Many thanks to a helpful neighbour. We were never able to access the parking for the property. The key for the garage was missing. We booked this apartment because it advertised parking..

😊: Kew was nice and the apparent was large and clean.. 😢: some better information about the parking, and door locks would have been good.
