You need to be handed the keys and hand out the keys to the person who keeps the property clean for the owner, not ideal when you want to leave. The floor in the flat wasn't very clean, we travelled with a one year old who ended up with black knees from crawling after 5 min. Back terrace from the kitchen also not very clean. As promoted as family friendly, could provide a cot or travel cot
